By accessing or using the Dragons Within website (dragonswithin.com), mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dragons Within is a fantasy role-playing game currently in development. The Service includes our website, email newsletter, social media presence, and (upon release) the game application. Features and availability may change during development.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, art, music, and designs in Dragons Within are the intellectual property of Dragons Within and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. User Content

If you submit content (forum posts, feedback, user-generated maps, etc.), you grant Dragons Within a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your original content.

7. In-App Purchases

The Service may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. Subscription terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your expectations. During the development period, features may change significantly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dragons Within shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
